I find this company to to be really cool. Im so glad that there is a company that is open to innovation, creativity and thinking out of the box. Try now and ask for permission later; Interesting phrase. Fail often in order to success sooner.
Wow. What a great video clip. I want to work there. I just feel like too many companies now a days put so much stress on thinking within the box, and that the high you are in the corporate ladder, the more correct you are on everything you do and say. I feel both are completely wrong.
Recipe for innovation:
Take an open mind add to it the willingness to try, give it a boss that demands fresh idea that be quirky and clash with his, throw in some constructive chaos.
